Wavelet Packet-Fuzzy Optimization Control Strategy of Hybrid Energy Storage Considering Charge–Discharge Time Sequence

A hybrid energy storage system (HESS) can effectively suppress the high and low-frequency power fluctuations generated by wind farms under intermittency randomness of wind. However, for existing distribution strategies HESS, power-type energy-type have problem inconsistent charge–discharge states in same time sequence, which makes it difficult to achieve optimal operation terms coordination flow. To solve this problem, study firstly adopts adaptive wavelet packet decomposition (WPD) decompose original acquire grid-connected HESS initial power, ensure that supercapacitor battery undertake corresponding fluctuations, respectively; Then, states, a sequence optimization strategy based on consistency index is proposed correct first time; Finally, aiming at stage charge (SOC) over-limit fuzzy method adopted output second time, reduce unnecessary effectively. With typical daily data 100 MW farm, control verified. The results show make different technologies synchronously fluctuation sequence; compared with not considering optimization, conversion times obtained are reduced from 71 14 times, 390 61 times; cumulative reduction 12.12 MWh. Besides, SOC curves controlled normal level, thus improving economy service life HESS.
